The United States has emerged as one of the top ten buyers of Russian caviar, with imports surging from four to 27 tons over the past five years, according to a study by the Russian Agricultural Bank's Center for Industry Expertise. This represents a 12% increase in Russian caviar exports in 2020 compared to the previous year, a trend that has doubled over the past five years. Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan are the leading buyers. The most significant increase, 25%, was in the supply of white caviar.
