Uzbekistan Airways has made its first delivery of agricultural products from the Fergana region to Latvia, weighing over 1 ton. The shipment, which included greens, vegetables, citrus fruits, and dried fruits, was exported by the Manzana company and imported by the Latvian chain of stores Lauku Bauda and the KGS Group. These companies have agreed to weekly deliveries from Uzbekistan to Latvia, with plans to increase volumes and frequency, and potentially expand into the Scandinavian markets. The Latvian importers have expressed appreciation for the consistent supply of Uzbek-made goods and Uzbekistan's effort to develop new markets, despite the pandemic situation.
