Vietnam's coffee exports in the fourth quarter of 2024 saw a decrease in volume but an increase in value due to record-breaking world coffee prices. The country's total coffee exports in 2024 were estimated to be 1.32 million tons, valued at 5.48 billion USD, marking a decrease in volume but an increase in value from the previous year. The average export price of Vietnamese coffee in December 2024 was 5,450 USD/ton, a significant increase from the previous year. Despite the high prices, demand for coffee is expected to continue to rise in 2025, with global coffee production anticipated to recover and global coffee exports to see a modest increase.
