"The 166 million rubles allocated to the Vologda Oblast from the federal budget are additional funds to subsidize the interest rate on preferential short-term loans for spring field work. Prior to this, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation allocated 50 million rubles, this amount is quite significant support - 166 million rubles.
