Investment projects for technical re-equipment and expansion of the existing seed processing enterprise LLC "Breeding and Seed Center 'Golden Ear-Pavlovsky'" and construction of an elevator complex for sunflower seeds with a volume of 160 cubic meters by LLC "Blago-Verkhnyaya Khava" in the Voronezh Region have been included in the list of particularly significant projects. This follows from the text of the law adopted by the regional Duma and signed by Governor Alexander Gusev. The assigned status allows for a property tax exemption, subsidies to reimburse construction costs, connection to electrical networks, and interest payments on loans. By autumn of last year, "Golden Ear" had invested about 600 million rubles in updating the Pavlovsky site. By the end of 2024, this amount was to increase to 1.1 billion rubles.
