Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) is accelerating its efforts to comply with the European Union's Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR) while implementing its low carbon natural rubber production strategy. These are two key tasks that not only help VRG maintain its strategic export market but also enhance its brand value and affirm its pioneering role in the sustainable development of Vietnam's rubber industry. Over 305,000 hectares of rubber compliant with EUDR As of August 2025, VRG manages 376,600 hectares of rubber both domestically and abroad (Laos, Cambodia). Of this, 305,215 hectares (over 81% of the total area) have completed or are in the final stages of EUDR compliance. 123,364 hectares have fully met EUDR requirements, corresponding to an extraction output of approximately 381,000 tons of latex/year.
