The Korea Consumer Trust Representative Brand Awards, organized by the Korea Brand Management Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, among others, is a prestigious award selected based on consumer surveys and comprehensive evaluations of quality, reliability, and satisfaction. Wando County, which accounts for 70% of the nation's total seaweed production and ranks among the top in the production of seaweed and wakame, is the largest seaweed production area in the country, producing high-quality seaweed in clean waters.
