Paraguay's wheat exports saw a decrease of 11% between January and February of this year, totaling 29,268 tons and generating $9 million, a slight decrease from the $9.7 million generated during the same period in 2022. Despite the decrease in exports, it was the only primary product to experience a drop in both values and volume. Furthermore, the international price of wheat fell by 1% to $276.22/ton in February, a 7% decrease from the previous year, and is projected to continue decreasing in the next grain contracts.
