Who is Corteva? The agricultural giant born from the merger between Dow and DuPont, which dominates in the seeds and agribusiness

Corteva Agriscience officially came into being in 2019 as a result of the spin-off process of DowDuPont. That group, born from the merger of two American giants, later decided to split into three independent companies: Dow (material sciences), DuPont (specialty products), and Corteva (agriculture).
In the case of Corteva, the new company was formed from the integration of Dow AgroSciences, specialized in crop protection, and DuPont Pioneer, a historic leader in seeds, in addition to part of DuPont's agricultural business.
