Mosaic is one of the global giants in the production of phosphate and potassium fertilizers, headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The company was born in 2004 from the merger of IMC Global with Cargill's crop nutrition division, and since then it has become the largest integrated supplier of these products in North America, with operations in South America and strategic assets in Peru and Brazil.
