In the former, apples remained practically only on a 15-meter section of rows from the side of the road. In the rest of the plot, there are practically no fruits. The situation in Gala, which is grown under a net and protected by overhead sprinkler irrigation, looks completely different. There, a normal yield is expected. About eight weeks remain until the harvest, so one of the most important topics now is the protection of fruits against codling moths and apple clearwing moths.
