Exports of poultry meat and its edible offal from Brazil in the first eight working days of March 2023 surpassed 50% of the revenue from protein shipments in the same month of 2022, showing a significant increase. The country is currently in a privileged position in the global market due to the lack of avian influenza, a status it is working to maintain. The revenue from chicken meat exports so far in March is 51.10% of that in March 2022, and the volume shipped is 49.19% of the total from the same month last year. The daily average billing has seen a 40.5% increase compared to March 2022.
