Yeonggwang County (County Head Jang Se-il) held a graduation ceremony for the 'Cheolbori Dessert Class Course' in Chalbori Eoulteo, Gunnam, on the 5th, awarding certificates to 14 trainees who faithfully completed the 12-session, 24-hour educational course. This course was launched to increase the added value of local agricultural products and develop a regional-based 6th industry model by utilizing Yeonggwang's representative specialty, Cheolbori, for dessert development and practical training. The training focused on practical sessions, including Cheolbori starch cookies, young barley Madeleine, and fruit chip barley Gangjeong, experimenting with various recipes each hour to highlight the flavor and health benefits of Cheolbori.
