Lime Prices Fluctuate in Export Markets

The price of lime is displayed differently in the export market. Major markets like Spain are showing very sharp declines where their value is reduced by more than 40% YoY and Tahiti limes can only sell for 2.03 USD/KG in mid-December 2021 due to the tight market. On the other hand, Mexico shows different trends in some of its regions. Prices for fresh limes are down -10.98% YoY at Oxkutzcab and up +9.4% YoY at Morelia.
