Wheat Flour
Brazil
Published Dec 6, 2021
After being relatively weak at the beginning of the year, wheat flour managed to increase by +8.16% YoY in the Brazilian wholesale market (Ponta Grossa, Parana). Now wheat flour is priced at 0.47 USD/KG in November 2021 which previously was only worth 0.44 USD/KG last year. Brazil's dependence on Argentina is lessened considering that Brazil is also chosen to stop buying if CTNBio approves GMO wheat from Argentina.
