Frozen pork ham and shoulder prices in Mexico rose this week by 5% WoW to $3.94/kg, their highest level in 8 months. This is the second consecutive WoW increase after prices touched a one-year low in May 16th, following an announcement by the Mexican government stating that the country was eliminating tariffs through 2022 to combat inflation. Compared to the previous year, prices are down by a slight 0.5%.
