In the period January–September 2023, butter production in Poland amounted to 198 thousand. tons, i.e. 7% higher than in the same period a year earlier. At the same time, on the rennet ripening cheese market, production increased by 8.5% and reached 288,000. tone. During the first three quarters of 2023, OMP production amounted to over 145,000. tons and was 3.5% higher than last year.
