All presented exchange products have become cheaper: – dry skimmed milk – by 6.9% – up to $3,250/ton; – dry whole milk – by 4.4% – up to $3421/ton; – cheddar – by 3.9% – up to $4,769/ton; – dehydrated milk fat – by 2.7% – up to $5,661/ton; – butter – by 2.6% – up to $4,851/ton. The price of lactose was $1310/ton. Dry whey and dry buttermilk were not offered at this auction. In total, 29.4 thousand tons of dairy products were sold. 146 participants took part in the auction.
