Udmurtia's agricultural organizations have seen a significant increase in raw milk delivery to dairy factories, with a total of 1.86 thousand tons delivered daily, a rise of 150.3 tons from the previous year. The marketability of milk has also increased to 92%, with the Vavozhsky, Sharkansky, and Mozhginsky regions being the top contributors. The average milk yield per cow per day has also increased to 19 kg, with the most productive cows located in the Votkinsk region, producing 25.3 kg of milk per day. This is higher than the Russian average of 16.4 kg per day.
