REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA--The government is currently working with universities to study types of tubers that are resistant to extreme weather changes in Puncak Regency, Central Papua. This is to anticipate drought that will impact on cases of famine in the area in the future. The Ministry of Agriculture and several universities will collaborate to find varieties or types of root crops.
