EU: The Netherlands and Germany increase, while Italy and France fall in milk production

Milk collection increased most strongly in Romania, with an increase of 13.6 percent in the first four months. Milk production in neighboring Bulgaria increased by 8.9 percent in the period January to April compared to a year earlier. The larger climbers also include Belgium (+4.3 percent), Germany (+2.8 percent) and Estonia (+5.1 percent). Other countries saw their milk production decline in the first four months.
