Olimerca.- Unió de Pagesos calls on the Government to provide the Action Plan for the development of Organic Production for the period 2023-2027 with a sufficient budget, while denouncing a reduction in aid from the Executive itself for the organic sector. The union warns that while the General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock is initiating a participatory process to prepare the Action Plan for the Development of Organic Production 2023-2027, without an assigned budget, the Rural Agenda Secretariat, of the same Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda, makes a proposal for new aid to ecological agriculture and livestock for the period 2023-2027, budgeted underfunded with 93 million euros, which represents a reduction of the aid amount of 20% for the surfaces received in conversion and 30% for those that are already in ecological certification, during the period 2023-2027.
