Turkish farmers from Tufanbeyli looking to increase their bean and chickpea exports

Farmers in Tufanbeyli grow beans nearly in 1,000 hectares and they are looking to increase last year's export turnover of 2 kmt to 4 kmt with all the exports being sold to Krygyzstan.

Chickpea is another important production item in the area and the farmers are looking to create a specific brand for chickpea and bean from Tufanbeyli. The growers also noted that they are looking to find more export markets for their products.
