Devaluing Iranian rial has spiked poultry feed prices since the country heavily relies on animal feed imports. In addition to the devaluation, global shipping disruptions have also impacted the feed prices in e negative way. There is a shortage of subsidized poultry feed across the country which has forced the poultry farmers to increase the chicken prices as well.
