Due to the Russian war in Ukraine, fears in Morocco over price jump in table oil and canned fish

Ukraine is one of the biggest countries that supply sunflower oil worldwide. However, because of the current war on Ukraine, many food professionals in Morocco fear the rise in the price of sunflower seed oil. The current situation will undoubtedly impact the supply chains and prices of mainly canned sardines, tuna, and table oil. Prices of table oil in Morocco have skyrocketed and increased already by more than 30%.
