Peruvian Ginger exporters open 14 new markets during 2020

Last year peruvian export destination coverd 17 markets, but during 2020, they have reach up to 29 destinations. This means Peru opened 14 new markets. Among the most importants we found Russia, South Korea and the Dominican Republic.

Also, the Export Association - Adex, reports that Peruvian kion increased its exports to 9 countries by more than 100%. No only for the US, but for other countries such as Netherlands - the second largest exporter of ginger - (+148%), Spain (+102%), Germany (+256%), Italy (+137%), Brazil (+1,705%), France (+193%), Argentina (+129%) and Ecuador (+314%).

Some international buyers indicated that they are not going to return to the Chinese kion after we go back to normality.
