The United States positions itself as the individual second most important destination for Argentine Lemons

Even though the European Union as a whole, and in spite of a blunt stop in shipments due to the appearance of the black spot disease, was the most important market for Argentine Lemons (128K tonnes) in 2020.

A country-by-country analysis shows that Russia was the main buyer with 58K tons followed by the United States with 34K tons (USD 33M). When compared to the 23.5K tons exported in 2019 it implies a y-oy increase of 45%.
