Standardized to minimum 40% piperine and 20% volatile oil, the oleoresin provides consistent heat, aroma release, and flavour impact. Compared to whole pepper, it offers superior uniformity, stability, and precise dosing, making it suitable for seasonings, savoury foods, sauces, snacks, processed foods, and flavour systems.
