Whole Cumin Seeds (Cuminum cyminum L.) are sourced from key cumin-growing regions of India, primarily Rajasthan and Gujarat, known for their strong aroma, warm earthy flavour, and consistent seed size. The seeds are cleaned, graded, and dried under controlled conditions to ensure uniform quality and stable storage performance.

Indian cumin is valued for its high volatile oil content and characteristic aromatic intensity, making it suitable for spice processing and industrial food applications. The seeds are mechanically cleaned to reduce foreign matter and ensure export-grade quality.

Whole cumin is widely used by spice processors, seasoning manufacturers, food processors, and grinding units, particularly where downstream grinding or extraction requires reliable raw material standards.
