Ginger Powder is produced from carefully selected dried rhizomes of Zingiber officinale, sourced from key ginger-growing regions of India. The roots are cleaned, dried, and finely ground under controlled conditions to preserve their characteristic warm, pungent flavour and fresh spicy aroma.

The powder offers consistent flavour intensity and is suitable for a wide range of seasonings, sauces, bakery, beverages, ready-to-eat foods, confectionery, and nutraceutical applications. Particle size (mesh) can be customized based on specific application and processing requirements.

Moisture levels are controlled to ensure stability during storage and transport. Each batch is tested to meet defined limits for microbiological parameters, heavy metals, and pesticide residues, in line with EU and Codex standards. The product is non-GMO, free from adulterants, and produced under hygienic processing conditions.
