Whole Dried Ginger is sourced from selected ginger-growing regions of India and produced from mature rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The roots are carefully washed, sliced or dried whole (as per requirement), and dehydrated under controlled conditions to preserve their characteristic pungent heat and fresh spicy aroma.

Indian dried ginger is valued for its strong flavour profile and high volatile oil content, making it suitable for further processing into powder, oleoresin, or extract applications. The product is supplied in clean, dried whole form with controlled moisture levels to ensure storage stability and safe international transport.
