Whole Turmeric is sourced from selected turmeric-growing regions of India, including Salem, Erode, Alleppey, and Wayanad, known for their distinct colour, aroma, and curcumin profiles. The product is supplied as cleaned, dried turmeric fingers or bulbs, available in polished or unpolished form based on customer requirements.

Indian whole turmeric typically contains natural curcumin levels ranging from ~2% to 5%, depending on variety and origin. It is valued for its bright yellow to orange colour, stable flavour profile, and suitability for further processing or direct trade. Moisture levels are controlled to ensure storage stability and minimise mould risk during transport.

Whole turmeric is preferred by buyers seeking lower processing risk, extended shelf life, and full control over downstream grinding or extraction. It is widely used by spice processors, grinders, extract manufacturers, and traders supplying food, nutraceutical, and functional ingredient markets.

Erode Grade Turmeric Powder is produced from carefully selected Curcuma longa L. rhizomes sourced from the Erode–Salem belt of Tamil Nadu, a region globally recognized for its consistent color and quality. The product is manufactured from double-polished Erode Finger Selection turmeric, finely ground to deliver a bright lemon-yellow appearance with a mild, earthy flavour profile.

The powder contains naturally occurring curcumin in the range of 2.5–3.5%, with controlled moisture and ash levels to ensure stability and uniform performance. Particle size can be customized to customer-specified mesh sizes (typically 60–80 mesh), making the product suitable for diverse food processing and ingredient applications.

Turmeric Oleoresin is produced by controlled solvent extraction of selected turmeric rhizomes, concentrating curcuminoids along with turmeric’s natural colour and flavour components. It is supplied as a yellow-orange to brownish viscous liquid.

The oleoresin is used for colour and functionality, with curcumin levels typically standardized between 8% and 35%. It offers consistent colour strength, stability, and precise dosing compared to raw turmeric powder. Available in oil-soluble and water-dispersible forms, it is suitable for food processing, nutraceuticals, functional blends, and flavour systems.
