A statement that brings water to hearts: Drought has ended in Turkey

Geology Engineer Fahri Çelik states that the rainfall has revitalized the water cycle, noting that based on meteorological data, field observations, and past experiences, such intense rainfall has not been seen in approximately 70 years. Çelik said that the rainfall affects the water cycle in three ways. Çelik explained that some of the rain evaporates and returns to the atmosphere, some replenishes groundwater, and some reaches dams, lakes, and seas.
