The dairy market in Paraná experienced a significant increase of 11.15% in June, largely driven by the prices of products such as mozzarella, cheese, UHT milk, and spot milk. However, in the first three weeks of July, the market showed signs of stabilization, with a projected slight decrease of 0.92% for the end of the month. The prices of derivatives with greater representation in the sales mix had varied performance in June and July. Factors such as reduced purchasing power, high inflation, and climate issues are impacting the dairy industry and producers are strategizing to mitigate these challenges and develop the production chain.
