Pepper and coffee prices in Vietnam and globally are experiencing fluctuations. Vietnamese pepper prices are rising, reaching 65,500 VND/kg in some areas, while green coffee bean prices in the Central Highlands have increased by 500 VND/kg. On the global market, the prices for Lampung black pepper and Brazilian black pepper have seen a slight decrease, but Robusta and Arabica coffee futures are on the rise. Spain is set to import over 376,000 tons of coffee in 2022, with Vietnam being its largest supplier. In the first two months of 2023, Vietnam's coffee exports experienced a decline in volume and value compared to the same period in the previous year.
