An export business was defrauded of nearly 16 billion Vietnamese dong in Pakistan.

The Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA) has just issued a warning about a case of a serious commercial fraud incident in the pepper export business, causing significant damage to Vietnamese enterprises and posing risks to the entire industry. According to the compiled information, from March to May 2025, a foreign partner led by a person named Mo placed an order for 21 containers of pepper but did not make a deposit. This partner used multiple corporate intermediaries (Co…, Khi…, Uni…, Sh…) to establish initial credibility. Trusting the transaction confirmations, the Vietnamese enterprise proceeded with the delivery; from the end of May to mid-July 2025, 20 containers arrived at Karachi port (Pakistan).
