It accounted for 3.6% of Peruvian agricultural exports in the first half of 2024, leading the ranking of companies in the sector

(Agraria.pe) In the first half of 2024, Peruvian agricultural exports totaled US$ 4,309 million, showing an increase of 11.8% compared to what was reported in the same period last year, reported the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (ComexPerú). It detailed that in the first six months of this year, agricultural shipments (traditional) reached US$ 291 million (45.5%), while agro-industrial and/or agricultural shipments amounted to US$ 4,018 million (+9.9%). In the first half of 2024, Camposol led the ranking of the main agro-exporting companies in Peru, with shipments of US$ 154,956,000, registering an increase of 86.35%, compared to the US$ 83,154,000 reported between January and June 2023. The company climbed one position to reach this privileged position, and concentrated 3.6% of all Peruvian agro-exports.
