According to the latest forecast from the National Supply Company (Conab), Brazil will increase its grain production in the 2025/26 MY by 4.1 million tons compared to the previous year to a record 356.3 million tons, which is 2.9 million tons higher than the March estimate. At the same time, the planted areas will grow by 2% to 83.3 million hectares. The decrease in rainfall in March allowed for the acceleration of soybean harvesting, which is now completed on 85.7% of the area.
