The Turkish Statistical Institute has released data for December 2022, showing a 9.6% decrease in cow's milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises compared to the same month last year. There was also a decrease in the production of butter, drinking milk, ayran, cow cheese, and yoghurt in October compared to the previous year. However, there was an increase in the production of butter, ayran, and yogurt from January to October compared to the same period in the previous year. Cow cheese production decreased both in October and from January to October compared to the previous year.
