Selling prices of dairy products in Poland Dairy plants monitored under the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development from November 28 to December 4, 2022, sold butter in blocks of PLN 30.57/kg, i.e. 2% cheaper than a week earlier and 5% cheaper than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold at PLN 30.82/kg, which is 2% cheaper than in the previous week and 8% cheaper than the month before. The price of butter in blocks was higher than a year ago by 18%, and packaged butter – by 15%. The selling price of skimmed milk powder amounted to PLN 15.66/kg and was lower by 7% than a week earlier and by 10.5% than a month ago. For whole milk powder, PLN 23.20/kg was obtained, i.e. 1% less than in the previous week and 3% less than in the previous month.
