Daniela Acuña, deputy director of Odepa, highlighted Chile's efforts to promote food security and sustainability at APEC

Odepa's deputy director, Daniela Acuña, had a busy agenda, who represented Chile in the Food Security Week of the third meeting of APEC senior officials this year, held in Seattle, USA. She was accompanied by a delegation made up of a team of professionals specializing in agriculture and international affairs. The deputy director of Odepa and the delegation participated in different workshops, field trips and in various spaces for dialogue and discussion, such as the meeting of the Policy Partnership on Food Security (PPFS), The Agricultural Technical Cooperation Working Group (ATCWG) and the ministerial meeting. In these meetings, Chile's position in terms of supporting the principles for sustainable agriculture became clear, highlighting its importance.
