The article introduces the development of Avocado Village in Cianjur, Indonesia, as part of the Horticultural Village program, with a focus on cultivating the red butter avocado variety. This initiative, located in Sukadana Village, is aimed at enhancing farmers' welfare and is considered a good choice due to the region's suitable climate for avocados. The Sukatani 2 Poktan farm group has begun planting in October 2021, with initial results showing a high success rate. The avocado trees are expected to start yielding in their fourth year, with an estimated total income of Rp. 137,500,000 over three harvests. The village also employs an integrated farming system, including livestock and fisheries, to contribute to the production and provide organic manure for the avocado trees.
