Paraguay has seen a significant decrease in pork exports from January to July 2022, with a drop of 56% in volume and 53% in revenue compared to the same period in 2021. The country exported 1,422 tons, generating USD 2.7 million. The decrease is across all pork products, with a 63% drop in pork volume and a 62% decrease in income, 31% less in pork offal volume, and 84% less in pig offal volume. The main destinations for these exports were Uruguay, Georgia, and Armenia.
