Exports from Samsun Gıda OSB to over 100 countries

SAMSUN (İHA) – The Governorship of Samsun announced that businesses operating in the Food Organized Industrial Zone contribute significantly to the economic growth of both Samsun and Turkey by exporting to over 100 countries. According to the information provided by the Governorship, the Samsun Food OSB is located at a strategic position on the D010 Highway, 5 kilometers from Çarşamba Airport and Yeşilyurt Port. The zone, which is built on a total area of 674 thousand square meters, consists of 428 thousand square meters of industrial plots. It was noted that 32 out of 34 industrial plots in the OSB have been allocated, with 22 of the allocated plots having obtained the permits to open and operate. The statement indicated that construction works are ongoing in 8 plots, while 2 plots are in the project phase. The occupancy rate of the zone was reported to be 92 percent.
