The alliance Farmers against Climate Change defends "the importance of properly choosing cereal varieties" and promotes "the use of certified seed" in order to address the current challenges facing agriculture. This defense was made at the X Meetings of the Group for the Evaluation of New Varieties of Extensive Crops of Spain (GENVCE), held recently in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).
