Over 20,000 chicks were consumed by the fire that broke out in Silesia. Flames also appeared at a farm in Greater Poland where horses were kept. On December 13 in the morning, a report of a fire at buildings in the village of Nowe Potulice was received at the Command Post of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Brigade in Złotów (Greater Poland Voivodeship). Units of the State Fire Brigade and the Volunteer Fire Brigade were dispatched there immediately. "During the firefighting efforts, residential buildings and part of the farm buildings were saved from the fire. It was also necessary to evacuate farm animals - horses from the stable building (a total of 9 horses), which was carried out by the owner of the property. No people were injured in the incident, nor were the farm animals harmed," reported the Press Team of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Brigade in Złotów.
