The demand for watermelons is very strong with production getting underway. High and decidedly good quality also for melons with prices at historic highs. Good volumes for peaches and nectarines but demand is not the best, the same goes for plums. The entry of the new apricot varieties Cot and Pellecchiella pushes prices upwards.
