Goiás may break the historical record for soybeans in 2025

According to the December edition of the Agro em Dados report, prepared by the State Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Seapa), Goiás closed the period from January to October 2025 with 14.3 million tons of soybeans exported from the complex. This volume is the second highest in the historical series, only behind the 14.4 million tons shipped in 2023, a difference of 64.4 thousand tons. Seapa reported that the result "signals a strong possibility of surpassing the record in 2025, if the pace of shipments is maintained." The state continues to make advances in logistics infrastructure and storage capacity, reinforcing its position as the second largest national exporter.
