The article highlights a visit by the Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh province's People' Committee, Dang Ngoc Son, to inspect the progress of an organic rice production project in Duc Tho district. The project aims to produce rice on wet fields and plow lands, with a goal to benefit the local community and meet the OCOP (One Commune One Product) standards. The district has already produced 16 products recognized as OCOP standards, with six achieving the highest three-star rating. The Vice Chairman stressed the importance of quality control, research, land planning, and linking businesses with farmers to form a closed production chain and improve income for local farmers. The organic rice produced is believed to meet the OCOP 5-star standard and has export potential.
