Researchers at Cepea have reported that harvesting of robusta coffees has commenced in Espírito Santo, but the early climate conditions are believed to have hindered potential production. The internal market saw a decrease in prices in the first three weeks of March, attributed to reduced purchases by local industries and lower external values. However, prices have recently risen due to increased demand, with variety prices also increasing in Vietnam, influencing the Brazilian market. Sellers are currently withholding trade of large volumes, anticipating more significant price increases.
